Work For Disabled

At the heart of Mission Udaan Welfare Foundation lies a deep commitment to inclusivity and dignity for all — especially for those who are often sidelined by society. Our initiative for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) focuses on creating equal opportunities, accessibility, and active community integration for individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental challenges. We provide essential support such as wheelchairs, mobility aids, and customized tools, while also facilitating health checkups, therapy camps, and educational sessions for both disabled individuals and their families. We believe disability is not a limitation — society’s mindset is. And our goal is to change that.

Beyond material support, we work relentlessly to promote awareness, break social stigma, and advocate for systemic change. We collaborate with schools, employers, and public institutions to ensure accessibility and understanding in every space. We also celebrate the talents, achievements, and potential of people with disabilities through public events, art showcases, and skill-building programs. Every story we witness through this initiative is a story of resilience — and it fuels our belief that a truly empowered society is one where everyone, regardless of ability, walks forward with equal dignity, opportunity, and hope.
